The frequency of dining out in the US has increased 4-fold over the last 30 years. The experience of having someone cook for us and cater to us is now synonymous with modern living. It serves as a point of community connection, gastronomic pleasure and even entertainment. Not only are our palettes more sophisticated but our expectation for experience is even greater.

WEGA Cookery is both a facility and training program focused on classroom knowledge and hands-on food service skills. Participants will learn aspects of the food service industry in a team environment while operating a cafe on property. The resulting personal and team growth will serve to growth the industry and foster food and food service innovations.
